Free web server to support Orca Forum.?
I've been trying to find a free web server that would support Orca Forum software. I've come close with a few, but still was not able to get past the installation. Here are the requirements.
Technical Requirements: Linux/Unix (RedHat, Debian, FreeBSD, Mandrake, etc.) or Windows OS Apache Web Server PHP 4.4.0/5.1.0 and higher compiled with XML and XSL MySQL 4.1.0 and higher Any suggestions would be great!
