web server in the Houston, TX, area. I am trying got a get a web server set up, I manged to get a server set up with at&t high speed but it just isn't fast enough I also am looking for a static or "sticky" IP to. Please recommend me someone other than at&t they are not good I've had so many problems with them, Also I'm on a budget of $60 a month for an ISP. So... Any suggestions would be a help, thx.
You see I want to host my own web server, if I wanted to buy hosting I would goto Hostgator. I just need a business class isp for the HOUSTON, AREA.

actually u get that for cheap,, the server doesn't have to be locate near you know,, if all u want is a web server u can use a hosting service and if u want ur own server u can request a custom plan where u have ur own servers as a pose to virtual account shared with other users, =) ; u can rely onthe hosting services DNS to promote ur domain name to the world =) virtaul accounts are like 20 dollars a month and customs get priced differently,, =)
