Default how to run two Operating systems on one computer with 2 screens and two hard drives?

Ok I have a Dimension E510.
I have two Hard drives in it and I was wondering.
I also have two screens.
I want one of the screens to be running Windows Xp
and I want the other screen to run Ubuntu or Linux.
How can I set this up.
I also Have one monitors through a VGA chord in one video card.
And the other monitor in a vga to dvi plug in on another.

Not possible, you would need an entirely new computer to run both simultaneously.
