I'm not quite sure what you mean, but if you want to draw on the screen (make a wallpaper for your desktop or just be creative) Paint is always installed on ALL PCs and is really easy to use. Please be a little more specific if I didn't get it right. To put a Paint pic on your desktop, just go to Preferences> Desktop Wallpaper (or somethin like that)> Browse> (find it and click OK). I don't use Vista, I'm running XP, but my sis uses Vista, so I sorta know a little about it. Sorry if I got some stuff wrong.
