There were concerns from some that the DSi made piracy easier. Then there were concerns from others that it made piracy harder. Everyone was in a tizzy! Now, there’s reason for Nintendo to worry. Really worry, actually. While the R4 flash cart won’t work in the Nintendo DSi, stalls and even stores in Akihabara have started selling a very illegal work around: the Acekard2i. This flash cart claims to be “DSi Compatible.” This comes as Nintendo, third party game developers and Kyoto cops have begun cracking down on flash cart sales.
