I sort of missed the entire Windows 7 thing. I'm sort of sick of XP and my machine can run Windows 7 flawlessly. I was playing Resident Evil 5 and wanted to play it in DX10 (noticed the box was greyed out, oh yeah, XP doesn't support DX10) as well as some other games. Also tired of the 4GB memory limit.
I am a college student with an .edu address (not sure what kind of discount that would incur), could someone possibly school me on the differences between home all the way up the ultimate editions (differences, etc) and nudge me in the direction on getting it (whatever edition meets my needs) the cheapest? Thanks in advance. |
