no windows xp style when I turn
So I turn on my computer today and notice that my style has been changed to windows classic style and big deal I thought I could just change it but when I went to change it the windows xp style everything was just gone. I got a message saying "you do no have permission to change catalyst setting" or something very similar to that. Can anybody tell me whats going on here. This is really ugly.

Make sure to be in a administrator account to make all these changes and then try by going in to control panel.
