if i win an item when bidding does the seller send it straight away or do they have to wait till i pay them
or do they send it as soon as i win it then i can pay whenever i need to,

because im winning on an item but i have no money in my debit card, but i will put it in tuesday (banks are closes) will he still send it,

the ebayer wont reply to my emails, and he only takes debit/credit cards

If you win, email your seller and tell them the situation, usually you have up to 10 days to pay. They will not send it until its paid for that is the only sensible way to do it.
