Default Do You Think John McCain Should Be Disqualified In His Bid For The Presidency...

...For Breaking Contribution Rules? If McCain gets disqualified for this:

http://democrats.org/a/2008/02/democratic_part_8.php

Ron Paul would become the Republican parties nominee by default.
According to past Commission rulings, the McCain campaign would not be allowed to withdraw from matching funds because it has already violated a key condition for being let out of the program - pledging matching funds as collateral for a private loan. McCain obtained a $4 million line of credit -- drew $2,971,697 from it - and documents make clear that the promise of public financing was used to secure his loan.

Even if something happened to Senator McCain. Ron Paul would not receive the nomination because he still doesn't have the Delegates to put him in position above Mitt Romney so no Ron Paul stands Zero chance of getting the Republican nominee.

Wishful thinking though

He wrote the law then he violated it. He can't claim a senior moment on this.

That's a low blow. Senator McCain can withdraw but, he has to explain it in writing to the FEC commission. Since the FEC commission hasn't enough members to establish a quarum, he can't go to the commission. Governor Howard Dean did the same thing, but the FEC commission had enough members at the time. This is just a smear campaign.
It shows how desperate the chaotic DNC is getting.
