I own a house with 5 others. one will not sell or buy us out hes doing drugs and...
...moving others in HELP!? My grandfather left me, my mother, auntie and 2 uncles a house in his will. MY uncle is a deadbeat, he wont move, sell, buy us out, pay taxes nothing. The house is been destroyed as he is letting his druggie friends come and go. The petition to the court is not an option. Please Help

Even getting your uncle arrested won't solve your ownership problem.
This should never have happened, the house should have been sold and the money split, OR you should have all signed a buy-sell agreement to deal with just such a situation. A petition to the court is probably the only option, but even then, I doubt you can force him out, unless you can prove he is damaging the home. Getting him arrested might stop the damage at least....
