I lost my home in forclosure and the bank bought it bk for $100. Now how will I now what happens now. They tell us nothing and we are wondering what happens when the see it at auction. What will we own--How will they get there money?

well first off most banks will try to get someone to buy it and pick up your mortgage at a new rate and just pay off what you owed so they dont loose money. If they can do that then they will auction it, and only realtor or people who subscribe to certain sites will know. The bank will try to have your mortgage picked up for atleast 6mo. to 12mo before aution so you got time.
