How is a real estate auction organized? Do I have to go to auctioneering...
...school? If so, what's the best? I've been offered work as a project mgr with a real estate auction company overseas and would like to prepare for this. I have no experience in the field and would like to "learn the ropes", at least in theory. I won't be the auctioneer, but will work behind the scenes. All advice is appreciated. Thanks.

Attend as many real estate auctions as you can to see what goes on - vicarious experience is better than no experience.
