I've done that once or twice. First, set the scene. Wake your mom or dad up at like 2 or 3 in the morning and act really sick. Just use a faint voice, hold your stomach and grimace occasionally. Ask for some tums or medicine and pretend to eat it. Then, when you wake up, continue with the sick act.
