Low voices are sexy and sultry. What are you complaining about? Most boys want their voices to be lower, can't wait for puberty to lower them. At the same time, boys used to get castrated before puberty to keep their soprano voices while the developed adult lung power to go with them.
To an extent, you can alter your voice with voice lessons from a voice coach. Ask the vocal instructor at your school for suggestions.
