Default PC Software to add a voice over to a DJ mix?

Hi, is there software that allows you to copy and paste, pre-recorded sound files - into an existing file? E.g a DJ Mix.

I have some voice overs, and tried it with Sony Soundforge, but it appears to only open 1 track at a time.

Thanks!

You need to prevent viruses, trojan horses and worms and get rid of any that might have made it onto your system.
