Is there anywhere I can download any voice alerts to warn me if I went over the speed limit for eg 'warning, you are above your speed limit'? If possibble please give me links to any sites and kindly give me brief explanation on how to install them in my tomtom.

Plug your Tomtom into your computer and you shuld be able to download all the available software you need. It will also connect to the Tomtom website so you can search for alerts.
I don't think there's a voice that tells you "you are over the speed limit" but it does beep (frequently at me!) when you are.
