Clone a Virtual Machine In VMware ESX Server

I am doing some research on Virtualization technologies and how it can help us consolidate some of the servers on one hardware machine. So far, it look very promising, especially with VMware ESX/ESXi server. I cam accross this video by TrainSignal on cloning virtual machines in VMware ESX server to speed up the deployment process.
